1. Your agreement with Ruqora

Ruqora is operated by Salah Eddine Saadouni (“Ruqora”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an individual operator based in Poland, in the EEA, and your contracting party under these terms. “You” refers to the person using the service. By accessing or using Ruqora, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement can lawfully be formed through that use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must have the legal capacity and any required authorization to enter this agreement and use the service where you live. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to bind it. Do not use Ruqora where that use is prohibited by applicable law or restrictions that apply to you.

2. Research software and its limits

Ruqora organizes crypto market data, token intelligence, lifecycle observations, risk evidence and research tools. Content, classifications, alerts and Agent responses are provided for information and research. They are not personalized investment, financial, legal or tax advice, an offer to trade, or a recommendation that an asset is suitable for you.

You make your own decisions and are responsible for checking relevant information and assessing risk. Viewing a token, receiving an alert or reading an Agent response does not itself place a trade. Paper-trading results are simulations and do not establish achievable returns in live markets.

Read the Risk Disclosure

3. Accounts, access and security

Some features require registration, verification, an invitation or an approved account. Provide accurate information and maintain control of the email address and authentication account you use. Access is limited to the permissions actually granted; joining a waitlist does not guarantee an invitation, release date or particular feature.

Protect your credentials, devices and verification codes. Do not share access, impersonate someone else or use another person’s account without authority. You are responsible for activity you authorize and should report suspected unauthorized access promptly through the official contact route. Ruqora will not need your wallet recovery phrase or private key for the research and public-address features described in these terms.

4. Acceptable use

Use Ruqora lawfully and respect the rights of others. In particular, you must not:

  • Bypass authentication, access restrictions, preview limits or security controls; probe or access systems or data without authorization.
  • Introduce malicious software, interfere with availability or send automated requests at a volume that disrupts the service.
  • Use the service to facilitate fraud, market manipulation, unlawful activity, harassment or misleading impersonation.
  • Submit content you are not entitled to use, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or disclose another person’s confidential information without authority.
  • Resell unauthorized access, remove ownership notices or extract and redistribute restricted data in breach of applicable rights or service limits.

5. Data, classifications and Agent output

Market and blockchain data can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. Sources may disagree, and a relationship inferred from wallet or creator activity may be wrong. Review timestamps, evidence and limitations. A missing warning or an unavailable data point does not establish safety.

HOT is a discovery classification, not a buy signal or assurance of low risk. Risk assessments describe available evidence; they do not prove fraud, establish a person’s intent or guarantee rug detection. No score, classification or research result guarantees profit, loss prevention or future performance.

Agent responses may be generated using automated systems and can contain errors or unsupported conclusions. Verify important claims independently before relying on them or sharing them. Do not present uncertain research output as an established fact about a person or entity.

6. Your submissions and workspace content

You retain any rights you have in the prompts, feedback and other content you submit. You give Ruqora permission to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content as needed to provide the requested features, maintain your workspace and handle your feedback. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit content. Do not include secrets or unnecessary sensitive information. The Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information, including research requests and local conversation history. Receiving output does not guarantee that it is unique, protectable or free of third-party rights.

Read the Privacy Policy

7. Ruqora and third-party materials

Ruqora’s branding, interface, software and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Subject to these terms and your granted access, you may use the service for its intended research functions. Access does not give you ownership of Ruqora’s software, branding or underlying datasets.

Third-party data, token artwork, trademarks and linked materials belong to their respective rights holders. Any use beyond the functionality made available to you must respect applicable licenses and rights. These terms do not restrict activities that applicable law expressly permits despite a contractual restriction.

8. External services and links

Ruqora relies on hosting, authentication, data and research services. Their availability and accuracy can affect the experience. External websites, social communities and services linked from Ruqora are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link or reference does not establish endorsement of a token, project or provider.

If you separately use a wallet, exchange or blockchain service, you are responsible for reviewing its terms and confirming addresses, transaction details and permissions. Crypto transactions can be irreversible, and market prices and available liquidity can change rapidly. Network congestion, protocol failures and unavailable RPC endpoints can interrupt access to blockchain information or transactions; Ruqora does not control those systems.

9. Previews, availability and changes

Preview and early-access features may be limited, time-bound, incomplete or subject to usage controls. Features may change, fail or be withdrawn as development continues. A demonstration or roadmap is not a commitment to provide a feature, a level of performance or future access.

Ruqora may change or discontinue features and interrupt service for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We do not promise continuous availability, complete market coverage or delivery of every alert. Keep your own copies of information important to you where an available feature allows it.

These terms do not establish a subscription price or authorize a charge. If paid services are offered to you, the applicable price, billing conditions and any cancellation or refund terms must be presented separately before purchase.

10. Suspension and ending use

Access may be restricted or suspended when necessary to address a breach of these terms, suspected misuse, a security threat, a legal requirement or the discontinuation of a service. The response should reflect the circumstances. Notice or an opportunity to address the issue may not be possible where immediate action is needed or disclosure is legally restricted.

You may stop using Ruqora at any time. Signing out alone does not delete stored account data. Use the available account controls or the privacy contact in the Privacy Policy to request deletion. For help with account access, use the support contact below. Privacy obligations and provisions that by their nature continue after use ends, including ownership and applicable liability provisions, continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and research content are provided as available, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or suitable for a particular trading strategy. Ruqora does not warrant the accuracy of third-party information or that using the service will identify every threat or prevent loss.

Crypto assets, particularly newly launched tokens and memecoins, can lose all of their value. You accept the uncertainty inherent in using research tools for this market. Nothing here removes a warranty, duty or remedy that applicable law requires and does not allow us to exclude.

12. Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ruqora is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities or trading losses arising from your independent decisions to transact or rely on research content. This limitation applies only to the extent such losses may lawfully be excluded in your circumstances.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain available. Any restriction that is not permitted by applicable law will apply only to the extent the law allows.

13. Disputes and general provisions

If a concern arises, contact Ruqora with enough information to understand the issue so that an informal resolution can be explored. This does not prevent you from using a remedy, regulator or court available to you under applicable law, or affect a mandatory time limit.

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law that would apply without this choice, including the law of your habitual residence where applicable.

The courts with jurisdiction are determined by applicable law, including any consumer right to bring a claim in the courts where you live. These terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction in Poland, require private arbitration or waive a right to participate in a collective claim.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

14. Updates and contact

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service or applicable requirements. The latest revision date appears above. Changes apply prospectively, subject to any notice or acceptance required by law. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the affected service.

For legal notices and questions about these terms or legal policies, email the legal contact below. For product support, account or access problems and technical assistance, email the support contact. Do not send verification codes or private keys, or post private account information in public channels.
